दोश्रो पटक तताउन नहुने खानाहरु

सामान्यतः हामीले खानालाई दोश्रो पटक तताएर खाने गर्छौं । हरेक प्रकारको खानेकुरा तताएर खाने हाम्रो बानी हुन्छ ।

 

कतिपय अबस्थामा हामी खाना पहिल्यै पकाउछौ र केहि काममा भुलेपछि फेरी तताएर खाने गर्छौ । वा खाना खाइसकेपछी बचेको खाना फेरी तताउने गर्दछौ ।

 

 

तर यस्तो बानी छ भने अव सावधान हुनुस् । अध्यनले कतिपय खाना दोश्रो पटक तताउनु घातक हुने देखाएको छ ।

 

तताउँदा यस्ता खाने कुरामा रहेको पोषक तत्व नष्ट हुने गर्छ ।

 

त्यस्तै दोश्रो पटक तताउँदा खानेकुरामा विषाक्ता बढ्ने समेत खतरा हुन्छ ।
